We reserve the right to postpone the event if organisers are unable to attend and no replacement can be found at short notice, or participants’ numbers are insufficient to make the activity viable. Although other dates would be offered, unfortunately no compensation can be given for any inconvenience caused by postponement.
Terms of payment.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Payments are non-returnable in case of cancellation by participants less than 3 weeks before the start of the weekend
- If an event is cancelled by us, for any reason, your deposit and balance will be refunded in full

Although other dates would always be offered, unfortunately no compensation can be given for any inconvenience caused by postponement.
If a course is cancelled by us for any reason, your deposit and balance will be refunded in full.
Due to organisational and administration costs, we need to establish the following clear terms of payment:
- Cancellations within 1 month of any course receive a refund of 50% of the course fee.
- If cancelling due to illness and a GP certificate can be shown, students can transfer to a later course subject to a £15 administration fee.
- Cancellations more than 1 month in advance receive a refund equivalent to 80% of the fee paid or you can transfer to a later course subject to £15 administration fee.
